Where do we ship?We currently ship to all Canadian and United States postal codes. Limited shipping options may be available in some areas. We may restrict shipping to certain addresses such as warehouses, freight forwarding/redirecting services and hotels.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours, subject to peak holiday periods. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a shipment tracking number. If you are a registered user, you may also log in to your account to review the status of your current and past orders.

Track StatusYour tracking number may take 2-3 days to update online after the initial scan is completed by the courier for all provinces and states.

What is shipping insurance?Shipping Insurance ensures that you are compensated for your order if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit. Dot&Lo charges 1.5% of a product value for insurance to protect your shipment. You can see the exact amount that will be charged by selecting 'Yes' for the 'Add Shipping Insurance?' option on the product page. If shipping insurance is not paid for an order, then Dot&Lo will not be responsible for coverage of any losses, damages or theft that might occur during transit.
